Arrived on time to load. The main helper seemed to know what to do and got started right away. Secondary helper seemed a little lost, but anxious to learn. Very polite. They left some open spaces while filling the front of the truck so not all belongings made it in the move, requiring me to go back and move smaller items on a later date. May need more forethought on how to fill in open gaps with smaller items so everything fits. They did care for my belongings fairly well without much damage to the home or items. A few small scuffs on the stairs and pressure marks on the leather couch, but all resolvable.

Unfortunately All Star Assist was not able to help with our move. I booked them through HireAHelper super last minute on a Thursday night for Saturday afternoon. Friday I received a text that they were unavailable on Saturday, and could I reschedule for Sunday. I already had a truck rented and also a family conflict on Sunday, but I agreed, moved my truck rental and the family event. We had everything ready to go Sunday morning when I received another text from Christopher that unfortunately his partner couldn't help today, and could we reschedule for Monday. I absolutely could not reschedule again for Monday, and so instead I had to scramble to find last minute moving labor help for a same-day move.
To his credit, Christopher was communicative, apologetic, and later offered to come help solo. I also recognize how super last minute this all was. But the situation was incredibly stressful, and I was anxious all morning during an already very stressful time.

We've handled local moves , office, senior , school , high item, and many more. We have over 10 years of experience so there isn't a move we haven't seen.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is everyday is different . Also it has become a workout , and I love to stay active.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide hands on training on how to properly use the all moving equipment & the proper way to lift without equipment . Also training sessions on wrapping furniture , loading trucks/packing pods, disassembly/assembly, customer service & much more.
