They were amazing! I needed help moving the big furniture over to my new house, so I only hired them for a couple hours. They were so efficient that they had extra time to help me move some of the smaller furniture and boxes that I was planning on moving separately on my own. I highly recommend them.

These people did am amazing job! They were prompt, very friendly, took great care with all of my items, and even finished earlier than I expected! I have moved more times than I can count in the past 20 years and I have never had an experience that comes even close to this one! I've already recommended Dillard to several friends of mine who are planning to move in the next year. The whole experience was above my expectations, starting with the initial call to go over my list of items to be moved and any needs I may have. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We confirm your booking, gather your inventory & schedule a walk-through if needed. A week prior to your move date, we'll touch base to ensure you are ready. We provide tips of the best packing methods and best ways to prepare for your move, along with suggestions on essential things to keep in mind for your move day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our crew will text you about 15-30 minutes prior to your start time. Once we arrive, our crew will prep your furniture (and/or home) for the move. We will do a quick walkthrough with you to go over your inventory and get a good view of your home's layout. Payment is due at the end of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should obtain boxes, labels, tape and packing materials to safely secure their belongings. Trash bags are not advised. Do not pack more than 20lbs in a box. Small boxes hold heavier items; bigger boxes hold lighter items. Fragile items must be properly wrapped and boxes marked. Furniture should be disassembled (as needed) before move day, unless you add this service to your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle local & long distance full service residential moves (pack & move), labor only moves within MN (such as moving within a building or unloading a truck/shipping container), long distance moves across the nation that originate in MN, corporate, office & commercial moves for businesses, along with single to multi-item delivery services.

The best part is knowing the service we provide helps our customer during a stressful period in life. Whether it be buying a new home, moving into storage due to tough times, downsizing/transitioning for seniors, or moving across country for a better job opportunity, we are honored to be a part of it!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands-on training, video tutorials, and one-on-one meetings with lead trainer to ensure they are fully equipped with all the tools/best practices for our industry.
