I had The Incredibles booked for a move and due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to cancel last minute. I was in a dire situation of needing my storage pod loaded by the following morning. They made a huge exception and came way earlier than their typical hours before my pod pickup to make up for the last-minute cancellation. I had a lot of stuff that took some expert loading to make everything fit. They did a great job and used every bit of space available.

The team from Incredibles kept in contact so we knew when to expect them on move day. They were balancing multiple moves and as we all know, they don’t always go as planned for time. So we appreciated that. We hired labor only. They did bring two carts. They were courteous and respectable. We completed our small apt move for our daughter in good time.

Kevin listened to our plan in loading the cargo van to make the most use of the space and helped us to accomplish that. We had a lot of books in the basement and Kevin and Mario worked quickly to move them to the garage for our sorting and loading later. They were pleasant to work with and did a great job.

Helping others who are unable to move things. Always the best feeling, but keeping in shape is easy also.
