They were late arriving, so they brought two extra people. I was still late leaving, but they completed a two hour job in about 45 minutes. They were very professional and worked together well.

My request was for two hours of moving support to load a pod. The two gentlemen that came, Alex and Issac, or a beautiful representation of the company. They were strong, efficient and focused while doing everything with a kind and friendly attitude.

Well, that’s just, like… my opinion, man — but Sebastian Moving St. Louis really tied the whole move together.
These guys rolled up on time, calm as a Sunday morning with a White Russian in hand (figuratively, obviously), and just went to work. No drama. No weird energy. Just smooth, steady hauling like they’d done this a thousand times — which, I’m guessing, they have.
They treated my stuff with real respect, man. No dents, no scratches, no “uh-oh” moments that harsh the vibe. Couch? Abided. TV? Abided. Even that fragile lamp that really holds the room together made it in one piece.
The crew was friendly, laid-back, and professional in that quiet, competent way that lets you relax and trust the process. Prices were fair, communication was clear, and the whole experience was… dare I say… very un-nihilistic.
So yeah, if you’re moving in St. Louis and you want a team that’s dependable, careful, and totally not out of their element — Sebastian Moving really is the way to go.

They came about 15 minutes late, however, they did the job, but that was about it. They understood they were only going to be there a set time, however they were moving slowly. I had friends and family there to help move boxes to set them closer to the trailer to save time and they were moving faster than them! Additionally, one of the movers was on his phone via ear-piece for a good portion of the time. Once we got the trailer to our destination, there were a multitude of squished and broken boxes, and items were just not stacked well in the trailer. Unbeknownst to me, my dining table was broken down. When I saw this, neither the table nor the legs were wrapped in the blanket that was initially on the table. Overall, I would not use their service again.
