The owners Keith and Keosha will put you at ease. We hired a crew of 4 and they both accompanied them. Every single one were very respectful. Anything you asked them to do they did without any problems or hesitation. No issues after they completed the move.
What I really liked about the owners is that they have really good energy. And I think that says a lot.
Will rehire in the future.

It would appear that the actual “helper” that accepted the job (or was awarded the job) took the job at the going rate that HireaHelper quoted me online. I paid the full price online with my credit card. But the two guys that showed up to actually help me move, neither were the individual that I spoke with on the phone to confirm the job. The actual guys that showed up said they found the job listing on Craigslist and were only being paid a very minimum hourly rate. So I doubt they had any kind of background check and I doubt HireaHelper put an ad on Craigslist.
The owner is awarded the jobs and they are performed by helpers. We have placed ads on craigslist and indeed for helpers and all of our helpers are background checked before they can begin with our company. Thank you for your review. We appreciate you allowing us to be of service.

This company will short you a helper, then charge you for it anyway. When I disputed the charges because I got one guy for one hour, the person I spoke to suggested or rather insisted, I pay for four hours. He tried to guilt me into paying the ones guy what I would have paid for two instead of refunding my money. Do not do this as the worker does not got the money, the company keeps it for themselves. Avoid this one at all costs and save yourself time and headaches

One of the workers 45 minutes before time was up said yes I’m not doing any more. And on their break went and smoked weed stunk and worked less.
I had 2 workers 2 days before and they did well and worked hard.

Two young men came to move us from KJ'S MOVING AND STORAGE, Cody and Ian. Respectful, efficient and very helpful. Every time I went to do something Cody would say let me do that for you. Ian made sure everything was packed nice and tight in the POD. They made sure everything was handled carefully.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
