They arrived on time and got quickly to work. They were so quick and efficient, they even finished an hour early. My only complaint is that the original estimate anticipated three hours, so even though they finished in two, I still had to pay for three. I even called to see if I had any other options, and they said no...I had to pay for what was estimated. On the flip side, had they taken four hours, they would have gladly adjusted the amount I had to pay...

We had a POD to pack and had way too much stuff to fit, but they did a great job efficiently packing in as much as possible. The guys were nice, experienced with packing, and fast.

I was very disappointed on several fronts. It was not an easy job, but the workers worked very slowly, and wasted a lot of time. They continually checked the time, and it appeared that they planned to finish up just past two hours, in order to get paid for the extra hour. In addition, there was a major billing issue. Your company billed my debit card $220. It was completely taken out of my bank account. When I called to add the extra hour (which I was already annoyed about), the issue was that my bank had issued me a new debit card with a different number, so you couldn't verify it. That's understandable. However, the solution was unacceptable., The representative cancelled the original order and billed my new debit card the total of $275 (the original $220 + $55 for the extra hour). That amount was taken out of my account immediately, but the original $220 (already taken) has yet to be refunded, and I was told it could take up to 7-10 days. That's poor service all around.
