Rain called early this morning to say they would be in our area and could be at our house around noon (instead of between the scheduled 2:00-3:00 pm). Rain and Josh were very friendly and arrived at about 12:10 pm definitely ready to unload a 16’ PODS container. They were very professional, hard working, and careful with our possessions. They completed the job in approximately 40 minutes and we’d recommend them without hesitation.

They were on time and they did work hard. There was some damage to our property inside our new home which I have been trying since that day on July 3 to get their supervisor to fix and I haven't heard from anyone. They called their boss right away and told them what happened to our banister and my husband told their supervisor basically that he could fix it himself he just expected them to cover the cost of materials. They were fine with that. We have called them again and no one has returned our phone calls. I thought we were being reasonable instead of expecting them to replace the banister and dry patch parts of the wall.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
