Jeff and Lee were personable and friendly without sacrificing professionalism. They arrived exactly on time and were very thorough before moving anything, making sure they knew which items were going where and what things might need special attention. Both gentlemen took great care in arranging furniture and boxes in the most secure fashion, and I felt I could trust them completely to take care of my belongings. They went above and beyond - I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone looking for moving labor help or seek them out myself again in the future!

Vince and Skylar were on time & worked non stop. They took care to not damage any of my belongings. How Vince and Skylar moved my heavy antique cabinets without a scratch was amazing. Vince and Skylar were amazing and we would highly recommend them.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with the whole experience. You definitely did not send your A team. The two guys didn't bring the appropriate dollies or carts to efficiently get stuff into the apartment. They also were focusing on lighter items instead of heavier ones so we had to tell them we would get the lighter ones and they dropped some items by not securing them properly. They also said I was the only job that day for them.
They also didn't bring any appropriate tools for furniture assembly even though that was clearly specified. The bigger guy seemed totally incompetent and was just standing around a lot not knowing what to do. He had no idea how to assemble furniture of any kind or have any handy skills at all. The other guy looked at the instructions but even he seemed kinda slow and not able to follow the pretty clearly written instructions and they were asking us what we thought. It took them 1 hour to assemble an Ikea bed and even then it was done incorrectly and was actually built too low so now I can't use the wooden slats and have to purchase a box spring. The services provided clearly stated they did furniture assembly and not just moving and I’ve never had movers not know how to efficiently assemble and disassemble.
We were left to assemble some of the items on our own including TV stand and coffee table. We had to carry some of the stuff ourselves. We didn't have a large truck ( we just had a minivan and an SUV of stuff) so it should have been quick and easily done within 2 hours.
I have never had a moving experience go this poorly. All the other times they were incredibly quick, professional, and get things disassembled and assembled in a jiffy.
Also they smelled like smoke and one of the dropped their vape into our vehicle.
I went with this service because of the good ratings on HireAHelper but even that I see cannot be relied upon. Also I had to call to confirm the move a few days beforehand. I don't understand why no one called me the week before to confirm the move and do an inventory and go over priorities.

Both of them were amazing! We had some really heavy forniture but they got it all into the garage, despite the 95 degree temps, in short order. Both hard workers, strong , and professional. A++

Jeff and Matt from Them Movers were on time, courteous and very careful in handling my furniture. It was a very hot day and they were professional and thought out the entire process for each piece of furniture.

The two movers arrived on time and worked non stop for 2 hours until the Pod was loaded and locked! They moved quickly, carefully and wasted no time. It was a hot day but they kept going.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.
