The guys showed up early and did quick work. I did, however, get the feeling they just wanted to get the job done and get out as quickly as possible. They didn't put any of the furniture back together. (Although to be fair, I'm not sure if that was part of the service). And they did drop 2 boxes of glassware breaking some of the glass.

The service was ok. Nothing more; Nothing less.
Pros: They arrived on time and called about 45 minutes prior to give a heads up on when they would arrive which was greatly appreciated on that crazy morning. Upon arrival they quickly got to work and loaded the moving truck pretty quickly! (It seemed like our entire two bedroom townhouse was 80% loaded within 45 minutes or so!)
Cons: The last 20% of the loading process consisted of one of the men taking apart our queen sized bed. During this time the other man started to strike up a conversation with me instead of helping his partner. This conversation seemed to continue for the duration of their time helping me. (I signed up for a two hour service and they ended up staying for closer to 4. (Apparently my queen sized bed was difficult to take apart and put back together). The man who continued to talk with me the entire time had me sign the paperwork toward the end of their service and said (and I quote) “if you were a dude I would have charged you for the extra time”. Which, don’t get me wrong...I appreciate that I didn’t have to pay the extra $100....but it really creeped me out. He then told me “my partner is mad at me for not charging you extra but I have headphones for the ride home so it’s cool”. This whole conversation made me feel uneasy. Then, after inspection my husband and I discovered that our entertainment stand in our living room is broken (a piece for the bottom snapped off and one of them just threw the piece into the drawer) and my bed frame is broken (a drawer no longer opens).
All in all I hired these men to help my husband and I because we were in a pinch and had a timing issue and couldn’t do everything on our own. They helped with that issue but I can’t say that I would hire them again.

Due to lateness of POD arrival, Them Movers, were able to go to their next job, finish early and come back in plenty of time to suit me and my family helpers

Very friendly guys who showed up on time and did the work. However, I had damaged items as a result of the way my things were packed. The movers who unpacked showed me the issues and explained the damages.

Not very pleased that it took them the 2 hours to move only 9 items into my POD. Granted they were all big, heavy items, that’s what I hired them mainly to do. Not very good use of the space. Could have been packed much better to fit more items. My walls were nicked up in places, hopefully my items aren’t damaged but I guess I will see when we unpack. Would not recommend the two guys I had.

Bryan and Alex worked non stop and got the job done with ease. They were polite and courteous and very careful with my belongings. They followed my instructions to a “T” regarding placement of my furniture. I would definitely use this company again.

The guys were hard workers and got the job done in a timely manner. We had two items get damaged. One they identified and communicated right away. The other may have been damaged in the pod or by the elevator door. Not sure.

They showed up on time. Were respectful and pleasant. We went over the 2 hours and I have them $30 cash EACH. Why am I outing them? I just discovered that those SOB'S STOLE A BUNCH OF DVD'S. I had a DRAWER FULL. So full you couldn't fit one more in. HALF THE DRAWER IS EMPTY. I DON'T REMEMBER THE TITLES. I used Hire a Helper before and didn't worry about stealing. These are young guys. No ethics or integrity. I don't know their last names so I cant call the police. I think I will call anyway and let the police contact you.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
