This is my second time using your service. My first experience was so good I used you again. This time was terrible . Helpers with no knowledge or experience loading a POD . More than 25% of my belongings were left , supposedly no room. I had to ask family members to come help. They took half of the POD spread out to re do their job. Lots of empty sides and spaces . We all help and my belongings did fit, was just done wrong. Please hire experienced loaders, is not fair for the customer to pay that amount and have to pay friends again. I have lots of pictures to prove it. I will request a refund for sure . I am really sorry this happened to me. I Will need help when I arrive at my new destination, but definitely will not use this service again.

Jeff and Mike were great! 11 out of 10 stars.
They were super knowledgeable, very skilled and experienced movers. They packed our cube super well (nicely strapped as well as efficiently organized) and were very careful wrapping and loading our antiques.
We would use them again and recommend anyone needing packing, loading, moving as well as unloading and unpacking. Very professional, respectful and neat.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
