Jeff D. & Rick did a fantastic job! They were very professional, and it was obvious they had a lot of experience in moving. They were very careful with all of my furniture, and went above and beyond to help get everything moved in a timely manner into the storage pod. Highly recommend, and I will request them in the future when it’s time to move my furniture out of the storage pod.

We were told that these people were fully insured. They did considerable damage to some of our property. The day of the move when the damage occurred I spoke to Mark the owner of zooming moving about the damage, he told me to take a few days and let him know the total dollar amount and he would either pay it in cash out of pocket or if the amount was to high he would put a claim in to his insurance. He asked if I would pay my bill, in good faith I paid the bill in full. After adding up the damage that was over 4,000$ Mark told me it wasn't his problem that I had to take the matter up with hire a helper. Hire a helper said that under law they only had to pay 60 cents a pound for damaged property. So the bottom line after 5 weeks they notified me that my settlement was 395$. I consulted with an attorney and my homeowners insurance and was told by both that nothing else could be done. All I have to say is use caution when hiring this company, my experience was horrible, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.
