While I found the 3 helpers to be polite and friendly, they did a terrible job. They rolled up in a sedan with nothing- not even a hand truck. They thought my table was heavy enough to qualify for a heavy item upcharge and informed their boss- but not me. He called while I was upstairs closing up boxes and the helpers were content to leave the table behind rather than notify me of the issue. This was especially problematic since I had asked them twice to prioritize the larger, heavier items into the POD. They took the legs off my adjustable bed frame for no reason and now I can't get it to work. Removing the legs also lead to grease stains on my living room furniture. I was told I had to provide moving blankets (which I did) and they did not use them all. Instead, they put my new sectional directly on the POD floor and it has ruined the sectional. A professional cleaning service could not remove the stains. Upon unpacking both the POD and U-Haul I had to rent because PODS did not send enough containers, I learned they used light boxes as load bearing and did not secure items. I had difficulty opening both the POD and the U-Haul doors. In addition to the damage to the living room furniture, there was damage to a sofa table, bookshelf, and my mattress.
While I prefer to support local businesses, I would not recommend this one at all.

These guys were excellent. From the moment I retained their services they were reaching out to me via email, text and telephone letting me know what their status was. I was just outside their service area, but they still were willing to take the job. They had awesome attitudes and worked unrelenting to accomplish my goals without any issues and we’re super fast doing so
