The helpers were prompt, even called ahead to tell me they were on their way. They brought the dolly and hand truck I had requested, They clearly were experienced movers. Knew how to load the truck efficientlyndled fragile items w/ care, utilized space well. They worked hard on load and unload, much faster than I anticipated. They were polite and courteous, very professional. Zooming Moving also deserves kudos for communicating w/ me in advance of the move, confirming all details, Overall great job. These guys were awesome, careful, and hard-working. They only took a break because I insisted (it was a hot humid afternoon)! They even got my fire-proof safe up 2 flights of stairs. No complaints here.

Two men were sent to my home, and it was clear very early on that one had little or no experience in loading a truck. I was a little disappointed that more care was not given to my wood furniture. I had bubble wrap but it was not used. And, unfortunately when I arrived at my destination a good majority of my furniture was severely dented and scratched. I shouldn't have been surprised I watched them set furniture on the sides in the house on my wood floors and in the truck with nothing between the furniture and the floor. Lastly, they forgot to load the metal bed frame from my master bedroom until we did a final walk through. They threw it in last and the sharp metal corners tore a large hole in the cover of my Weber grill and it also left an ugly metal scratch on the grill. Sorry.....I usually don't try to complain and be negative. But this was not a pleasant experience.

Zooming Moving did an amazing job loading my units today. The three men who worked on my job were pleasant, positive, professional and patient. They did an incredible job wrapping everything perfectly and securing it in the unit so there's no chance it will shift. They were extremely conscientious and courteous. i recommend this company HIGHLY. Special thanks to Jeff, Andy and Kevin. You all did a great job and the day was unexpectedly pleasant because of your attitudes.

Bob and Anthony were very friendly and courteous and did a great job of taking new furniture (two bookcases and a tall dresser) from their large shipping boxes stored in my garage and moving the items into my house. I needed labor help getting several pieces of furniture moved between different floors of my house, and they worked quickly and efficiently, even moving the heavy solid wood dresser to the second floor without a mark on my walls. Mark was also great about letting me know they would be slightly delayed from an earlier job that morning, but they arrived well within the window I had specified.
