My moving crew did not complete the job they,were hired for. Several items were left behind due to lack of space and I had to spend time and money going back to retrieve them. The time allocated was 4 hours. They took 6. Costing me additional funds. During the moving process, they didn't take the time to think my belonging to packing though. Only towards the end of the pack I was told repeatedly that I should have gotten the next larger truck. I would only recommend this crew under supervision.

The guys from Zoom Moving were amazing! They called when they were on the way and they showed up right on time. They were fast, professional, courteous and hard working. They really made my move easy and stress free. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. They went out of their way to ask were things went on the unload and that saved my back as well as time and money. They are the best!

They were not on time, about 30 minutes late. No call, no explanation. The two men were very respectful. Told them not to take the furniture through the basement door. Knew it would not fit. Alas, they did and damaged our new steel door. Still waiting for some reimbursement. Overall, still unsure whether I would call them back. Expect movers to know more than me about door sizes. In a holding pattern, don't believe I'll ever get any compensation for the damages.

The Zooming Moving LLC employees were on time and prepared. Despite the midday heat, they worked tirelessly for three hours, taking only a single five minute break after asking permission. While I've heard horror stories of movers damaging property or the building while moving, the gentlemen handling our property were quite respectful. After having moved multiple times with just myself and a few friends to handle the heavy lifting, I am quite happy to have spent the money on getting assistance on this move!

Kevin and Logan did an amazing job. They unloaded two fully-packed PODS... did such a good job with the first one, we specifically requested them to help with the second. They placed and assembled furniture, moved things where they needed to go plus, even moved some things twice! Because of this flexibility and how courteous they were, combined with their efficient approach, I would ask for them again if needed.

They did a good job. They did forget to put a mirror in the Pod but I will move it another way. They were good. I was impressed with the younger one that he was willing to work hard. They treated my things with respect, they were on time and prepared for the job. I would use them again.
