The helpers were very slow and moving my stuff into the truck. I expect that less than 3 hours for my one bedroom apartment moving but it took much more than that and they charged me for about 4 hours.

I’m bummed about my experience, as I had such a wonderful experience with them a year ago helping me move in. The guys showed up 25 minutes late, smelled strongly of marijuana, and were very dismissive of my requests on how I wanted my things packed and handled, and had to stop them multiple times, beg them to use tie down straps, and wrap my more fragile items. I felt like they were rushing to get out of there, even though I booked for 3 hours, they ended up leaving in under 2 hours. I really hope my things are safe on my cross country move, and I will be very upset if they are not.
