What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You receive a phone call to say thanks, and go over a brief overview as far as the date and time and any other important details about the move job. If its for a date 2 or three weeks in advance we'll call before the date to make sure everything is still in order.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We're professional and experienced and will be there on time. We work hard and fast, but want to assure you that we are being careful and mindful of your belongings.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If there is any special instruction on what needs to be loaded first or what not to load. Any fragile or delicate things. Please make sure all that information is giving prior or at the beginning of arriving.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've done many move job. So that we're 9 to hours. Others maybe 2 days requiring the crew to stay the night to finish the job.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The physical work. Seeing the clients sigh of relief when the job is finally over.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Always letting them know to do the job the right way and being safe and asking for help on larger heavy items. Stretching is really important, so we do a quick stretch routine before heading out.
