Apparently they hired movers via facebook, and scheduled them a day earlier than my reservation said. Luckily, the movers (separate company/group, not quick movers) could come back out the next day when we were supposed to have them. Quick Movers was very unresponsive, didn't correctly communicate to us or the actual movers, and seemed very unprofessional. The movers had to work over the estimate, so Quick Movers texted "If they work over, can you write a check". So we did. Then they tell us we need to cancel that check and write one to Quick Movers. Then they misunderstood our comments and apparently told the movers they weren't getting paid at all, because "they did a terrible job". Whenever I asked them about it, they blamed it on the movers being new. Now, the movers most likely misunderstood some things, but even my direct communication was terrible. The movers themselves (again, NOT quick movers) did a good, albeit slow, job. Everything about the move involving Quick Movers was unprofessional and incorrect. I even paid the extra for them to bring moving blankets, and they didn't tell the movers that. Fortunately I had a few and the movers happened to bring theirs, but it was pure coincidence. I will never use Quick Movers again.

My movers were the absolute best! The two young gentlemen lived up to the company's name, they were boot only quick, but efficient and very professional. I would most definitely utilize Quick Movers again when I move into my own home in the very near future (I'm currently a renter).

They arrived over 3 hours late.
They were nice enough guys but clearly were not thrilled about doing this job. They damaged a brand new leather couch, only packed the truck about 1/2 high so the entire load would not fit and necessitated another load being scheduled.
I would not use these people again.

The guys did an excellent getting my items moved into my condo on the third floor. They were careful in navigating larger pieces into my home and placed my items in the requested location and I highly recommend using Quick Movers.
