Scheduled for arrival between 12noon to 1:00pm for two hours. Confirmed via text day prior. Didn’t show up until 2:30. We had a time limitation for truck return. When they finally showed up the majority of unload was complete. Only helped for approx 45 minutes but still charged for two hours of labor. Given an unusable option of using them again but not pay for truck, only labor. We never used their truck service only labor, so this is a waste. I am requesting an adjusted refund due to no show beyond time expiration. I’ll pay for the 45 minutes of labor and not charge for the massive inconvenience of a no show.

Camouflage Moving Service showed up within the timeframe they gave. Hired 4 workers for two hours to load 5 Ubox containers. We had some heavy items that needed more than two people to move safely. Only needed them for 90 minutes. They worked hard, came prepared, and completed what I asked them to do. I would use them again.
