Upon booking, you will be contacted within 8 hours by a representative to discuss details about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your movers will arrive on time with tools ready to start. Please ensure you let the movers know everything that is going in order for them to pack the truck efficiently. Please put any loose pets away to avoid any accidental injuries to the movers or your pet.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please ensure all items are packed and ready to go as this will ensure a fast and seamless move. All TV’s should be in boxes to ensure safety as we are not liable for any damage to loose TV’s. If we are loading only, please provide at least 2 ratchet straps that we can utilize. If we are unloading then we may provide our straps at no additional fee.
