Superior quality service with helping me load my 16' POD. I would trust them to load for me even if I were not home- they are that good and honest!! They communicated ahead of time so I was prepared for them to arrive, and they started working right away. They quickly loaded my POD with everything I had packed up, and even took apart my bed and wrapped it securely. These guys took great care of my things and are Tetris kings! I still had plenty of room leftover after they were complete, which I used for my last oddball things. Also, as a nice touch they cargo strapped the bed as an end cap to the "brick" they loaded, and they provided the cargo straps- nice touch! I highly recommend Cozy Bear, and I would definitely use them again!

What an absolute pleasure it was using Cozy Bear Moving services. Both of the gentlemen were extremely polite and efficient with the time I scheduled them for. They came in introduced themselves and then we proceeded to go through what needed to be placed in the pod. Both were fast and very careful with all my belongings. Mike and Andy showed up on time, clean cut, in uniform, and were super friendly the whole time. Did not get an "on-parole" type vibe that you often see with other moving companies. They did a fantastic job moving my two bedroom apartment into a 16' Pod. No complaints from them even though my Pod wasn't that close to my apartment. They got the Pod loaded so nice there was a good amount of room left over. Would not hesitate to hire them again. Thanks guys.
