What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After the client books with Esteemed Movers they will receive their quote via text and email with everything the sales rep and the client went over. What separates us from other companies is the sales rep that booked the move will be the clients POC from the day they book until the day the move is complete so there is never any confusion or misunderstanding. Our clients will only deal with one individual over the phone or text. That rep will always be available to the client to answer any questions.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The day of the move they can expect their crew to arrive at the desired window that they chose when they booked their move with us. Their foreman will give them a call 30-45 minutes prior to the arrival of the crew to give the client a heads up. Once their crew arrives they will be greeted by their foreman who will respectfully ask the client to see the house and everything that will be involved in the move and then the crew will start to move and will be with the client as long as the client needs them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We have clients that do not want to touch anything they want us to come in declutter the house, start packing, disassembling, loading, unloading, reassembling and unpacking and then taking all the boxes with us. We have clients that like to save time and money on their move so they do all the packing and disassembling themselves and all they want us to do is load and unload. It' all on the clients preference. We are a full service company and we will tailor your move to your needs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We at Esteemed Movers handle local moves daily all over San Diego County as well as moves to Nevada, Arizona, all the way up to Sacramento and San Francisco, Texas, Idaho, to all the way over to Florida, Virginia, and New Jersey. Our crew's are professionally trained to move you all over the United States.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the fact that I can run my community outreach project and give back to the community of San Diego. I love the fact that I meet new individuals daily and get to know their story as they get to know mine. I love the fact that families grow and trust me to move them from their old residence to their new residence I love being apart of the new chapter in our clients lives.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members are professionally training to disassemble and then reassembly all of your household goods, they are expert packers and unpackers, we train heavily on stacking the trucks and securing all of your household goods to make sure they arrive in tact to your new residence. We run weekly training on customer service and teach them how to speak to clients in a professional manner. They are trained to understand we do not accept anything less then 100% complete client satisfaction.
