I had a great experience with Tony and Ace. They were very communicative and on time. They worked very efficiently and were done before the two hours. They put everything where I asked them to with zero damage. The best part of all was their great attitude! Definitely would recommend this moving company and would use again.

On time, everything looked great until we arrived at the destination.
We provided blankets and straps that were not used. Ended up with gouged furniture, broken furniture legs and knobs completely knocked off.
I hate leaving this because the guys seemed really nice, but why in the world would you not used blankets and straps provided? Makes no sense.
Yes the crew actually used your straps, but the pads werent provided until the last tire was strapped off.
The mover asked you as well as the pod driver if you had any protection, at the begining of the load.
Looking back we should have given you an option where we could undo and redo you load with the 5 pads you gave us, or let it go as is. We will do better.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
