Mach one moving is a father and son team who were on time, efficient, and organized. I overheard them discussing my furniature and how to best wrap and stack it for transport and storage. They were really thoughtful about how to care for my belongings (and I really appreciated that since I worked so hard to buy them!!!) I would definately use Mach1 moving again and wish they were in Indianna to unload me when I arrive. My best to Mach1 moving!!

originally was supposed to be three men for the move. Two men arrived on time and worked hard for the unload and set up. Mike and Michael were both great. I would use them on any move. I spoke to billing after they left and the invoice was immediately changed to reflect the change from 3 to 2 men. I should have kept them a little longer to help with the clean up.

Great job, good communication, arrived on time... were very low maintenance - I gave them the run-down in the morning and they handled it. The only thing hiccup was that I had asked on the phone earlier that week if they would have rope with them I could purchase, and they said yes... when they arrived they had run out after a long week of moving, so I had to run out and buy some on the fly. Which was fine, but I would've loved to have known in advance and had it there beforehand. Would totally use them again - super nice guys, super respectful.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
