I just used Mach 1 to move and couldn’t speak highly enough of them. They were reliable, friendly and the hardest working group of guys I have met in a long time. Michael at Mach I were superb! On time, friendly and very professional. This is the 3rd time I have hired them. This time they unpacked one of the PODs they helped pack 9 months ago. Not a thing scratched, everything back safely at our new home! I would hire them again for sure.

Wouldn’t return my calls to explain what work I could expect to be done. When they arrived, I asked my wall hangings and TVs be packed. None of them made the truck. Poor planning left no room for my washer and dryer either. Awful experience.
#1 You originally booked a 2 men 2 hour move for a 3000sq ft home for 16ft pod. We recommended at least 3 Pods. The night before you called and said you got 2 pods. Umm...problem but its going to take us at least 6 hours to load both pods.
#2 Upon arrival you asked the crew to pack boxes as well, but after 4 boxes you told them not to pack boxes.
#3 We asked if you'd like appliances moved during the walk through you said no appliances (also on original order) waited til they left and decided you "wanted packing boxes and appliances moved."
I was on your the crew. You called me and lied trying to get us to come back out there and spend at least another 3 hours packing you belongings for FREE, because you changed your mind after we left.
I pray no other moving or service company has to deal with your scam. God speed and good bye..

Mike and Michael were great! They arrived on time and had all the equipment necessary to move the items I requested. I had 2 pods coming a week apart so when I made the request for Mach 1 to assist, I thought what was in Pod A was actually in Pod B so what I had described in the listing was completely incorrect. Mike and Michael took it on regardless! I had a rather heavy massage chair that had taken myself and 3 other folks almost an hour to move out of my old house - Mike and Michael with their "Weapon X" moved and positioned it in 5 minutes. Finally, they were extremely respectful of my belongings letting me know where things had started to come loose due to vibration, etc. I would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
