This is the second time we have used Mach 1 Moving. Mike and his crew were great. They were on time, listened to as how I wanted it done, and went right to work. They placed the furniture were I wanted and then unwrapped it all. Worked hard, very professional. I'll definitely use them again.

Mach 1 were fantastic!! They came early upon my request, and moved all my stuff fast. My POD was parked 100 feet from the stairway and my apartment is on the 3rd floor. They worked efficiently and got everything done under 2 hrs. Very courteous and gentle with my stuff. 6 stars!!!

This was the easiest move that I've ever done! Two men showed up and were able to move EVERYTHING for me...even the heaviest pieces of furniture. They showed up right on time and worked furiously until all of my belongings were safely packed away in my storage unit. They were professional and extremely careful. Michael Oliver was especially friendly and he let me know what was happening every step of the way throughout the move. I would definitely recommend Mach 1 Moving and will use them for all future moves.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to have your boxes packed and taped. Your furniture, dismantled and padded and
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
