Mach 1 Moving did an incredible job! They showed up promptly at the beginning of the arrival time and throughout the 3 hours we had them, they were incredibly efficient. They had wrapping for our delicate pieces of furniture at no cost to us. The owner Michael was very friendly and made sure to call us the day before our move to confirm the load and unload locations. I would recommend using them to everyone that needs helpers. They made our move easy and we are very thankful for their service. Excellent job!

I'd like to preface this by saying Mach 1 Moving was very good. They were super accommodating when the main road into my new town was closed down, and drove the extra hour with me to go the back route. They also worked fairly quickly. The down side to my move with Mach 1 is that Mr. Michael (the owner) brought what seemed like a new employee with him. At first this didnt bother me, because we all have to learn sometime, but after he almost hurt himself, and we discovered some damaged items i was a little more wary. They accidentally dented my front door, broke the wheels on my amplifiers, and set a box marked fragile under heavy boxes (resulting in a broken serving Lennox plate and some broken glasses). Overall I was happy with the service.

I hired two workers for 2 hours. One guy was good, the older guy was a jerk he was slowing the younger guy down so he wouldn't have to work so hard. I would not use Mach 1 moving ever again. I had much better luck with the 2 guys I hired through HireAHelper when we got to Oakland. They were fun friendly and hard working.

On time and really friendly but rushed us as they needed to get to another job. They failed to even offer to set up or at least lift tvs to their areas, both put in same room, didn't set up anything and really rushed us too much. Also the time of their work was only 2.5 hrs., not 3 hrs... we tipped them both but a little sorry we did...

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
