I would not hire them again nor recommend them. Two of the four guys were helpful but the over all experience was not good. The owner Michael, was not a nice guy and spoke unkind words about our furniture, even though most of it is fine wood furniture. They shoved stuff around and put marks on our metal door jams. They moved too fast and did not pay much attention to our furniture. One guy threw the furniture dolly down on our real wood floors like it was a concrete floor and threw a weight I had on our tile and wood and scratched it. A very bazaar experience. They seemed to not have any idea of how to treat furniture. Michael was rude and not nice when onsite. I don't recall him even introducing himself. I would not hire them again. Even the movers here in Colorado were surprised a how the truck was loaded.

Amazing guys! They were on time, very friendly, very professional and very fast! They managed to pack up my whole house in 2 hours and wrapped everything up perfectly. I will use them again in 2 weeks to unpack my pods. Highly recommend them. Mike and his team are the best Movers!

This crew came on time, with the team leader coming early. They did a walk through and clearly worked off a plan. They worked hard, but threw off my schedule for the day when they took too long for lunch (my only criticism). The team leader really knew his stuff and packed things very well. He was also training the younger men. They were respectful of me and our property.

At the last minute, U-Haul told us they had no large trucks available, so we ended up with one 30% smaller. Mike, M2, and Jose from Mach 1 Moving arrived and said they would make every bit of space count. In just two hours, they loaded a 20' truck to the brim with twice as much stuff as I would have believed could fit in a truck that size. They were amazing, and worth every penny.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
