The mach 1 team were fantastic. They moved a total of four 16 ft containers fast and efficiently. 2 containers one day and then when delivered the other two. The guys were very nice and responsive to what we requested. No complaining even though it was horribly hot and we have two stairways just to get to our two story house. Mach 1 was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. I had difficulties with PODS and as a result, needed to reschedule the movers several times. Mike was consistently patient and helpful. Despite my schedule changes, the movers themselves were prompt. They efficiently and carefully loaded everything for me. They were a real pleasure to work with. Moving is, of course, always stressful. Mach 1 made everything a little easier and u am very grateful to have found them

Arrived on time. We showed them items in the garage and then the items in the house that still needed to be brought to the garage. Suggested they bring everything to the garage to see everything that needed to be loaded so they could mix and match when loading the garage. Our other movers took three hours to play the "Tetris" game and we know that POD was loaded tight. These movers were done in an hour, not loaded effectively, things were left in the house, so we made them consolidate them to the garage. We also included moving other furniture that we were donating but then they said they were "just loaders ". Clocked out at 1 hour and 45 minutes and I'm being charged for 3!!! Not happy and will use the other loaders who were just as fast, paid less and they were more careful with our things and our house.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
