We had a great moving team from Mach 1. Mike and Jose were on time, extremely diligent and careful as they unloaded our container. They were eager to help and made sure that our furniture was placed where we wanted it and was not damaged. We would definitely hire them again!

Make sure you request plastic wrap, rope, or tape as they won't bring any supplies unless you specifically ask. I've never used a company that indicates it's included but don't bring it unless you specifically ask for it. Ended up having to go on a 30-45 minute errand on the clock because of this. They also didn't wrap the furniture very well and luckily there wasn't more damage than expected. The guys were very nice however.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
