Bob and Richie of Mach 1 helped us unload the pod my son used for his move to La Mesa, CA. As it turned out, the moving pod was placed a long way from the stairs to my son's apartment and the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. Bob and Richie were on time (a little early, in fact) and did a terrific and professional job despite the location of the pod and the two flights of stairs that had to be negotiated. We would highly recommend Mach 1 to anyone needing help with their move!

Mach 1's crew was ahead of schedule, courteous and fast, they unloaded our things faster than expected, they all had good attitudes and were great to talk and deal with, offered to do more than I requested after finishing so quickly and brought along the proper tools to move things and were careful with the items as they were unloaded. I highly recommend them and the communication was great prior to their arrival.

Mach 1 Moving: The movers were early for the schedule time, prepared for the job, worked hard, very respectful of property, goods and people. Definitely would recommend. In fact, I request Mach 1 for the unloading of the POD since they did a wonderful job of loading prior to our house remodel.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to have your boxes packed and taped. Your furniture, dismantled and padded and
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
