They were available for me to give them a window to come on Thanksgiving. They came a little early, ready to go. These two men worked very hard for two hours, placing heavy furniture just where we needed it. Mike showed concern for a breakable hutch when he heard noise coming from the inside - but it was fine. We were very impressed with their strength and speed. We would definitely use them again.

The two workers from Mach 1 were great. They were on time, prepared to do the job and worked really hard without any delays or rest periods. They were respectful of my property and placed everything where I asked them to - they showed no sign of displeasure when I asked them to change the first locations (my choice) of the bed and the desk. The crew from Mach 1 Moving were absolute masters of their craft. I'm so impressed I can't say enough good about them. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
