The movers very nice and accommodating to my needs.
They arrived on time and were very fast so that the job was done within 2 hours. I needed my stuff to be packed in a container. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the efficient packing into the container and usage of space wasn't the very best. But i have to say that i had not packed the boxes in an optimal manner. I would hire them again.

We used Mach 1 Moving three separate times to load our three pods for our move. Each time we had Doug - During the first move he was paired with Raymond and the second two moves he was paired with Tom. As I said in my earlier review these guys were top notch. They were fast, they were courteous, and they were cautious. They took good care of our property and of our furnishings - they left no dings on the walls or on the woodwork. One other thing to note – Doug approached me during the move with a small wallet in his hand – I had tucked this under the mattress long ago, (lol), and had since forgotten about it- he handed it to me undisturbed... a true gentleman. Really appreciate an honest, hard working, independent thinker to move our stuff. Hire him/them!

We hired Mach 1 Moving because of the ratings we saw previously online. Doug and Raymond from Mach 1 came out on time, listened and answered our questions, then assessed the situation and got to work. They moved our goods and packed it efficiently into the pod, as though it was their own property. No dings to the furniture or to our walls! They were fast, knowledgable and kind. We have two more pods to fill and we hope to see this crew again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
