The two movers were on time and very professional. They treated my furniture with quality and respect. They not only we're very prepared but exceptionally good at packing a large amount of furniture into a POD. If there were any questions or concerns regarding existing damage to an item they would address it prior to making any moves. I would definitely hire them again in the future and refer them to others.

The movers were prompt and called a few minutes before arriving. They were polite and respectful, taking special care not to damage the big furniture or break things. And, finally, they labeled the boxes accurately! I've used two other movers in San Diego County, and this one's the best and they have the best method. Get the truck, have them pack the house up and follow you to your next home. When you get there, they will put your belongings where you want. I let them place the big furniture and am unpacking the small stuff. Saves money, and I know where I put the dishes, glasses, important files, etc.

My experience with Mach 1 movers was wonderful. I just needed some large items moved in my home. I realized the morning of the move that I
had not measured the space in a door correctly and one of the large items I needed to move would not fit. When Mike from Mach 1 arrived he very calmly assessed the situation and ended up taking it apart for me with his own tools and moving the item in 2 pieces. He then put it back together perfectly.I would absolutely use them again for small or large moves. I was so pleased that I have already sent an email around my community recommending Mach 1 to my neighbors!

I think they did a super awesome job! However, one guy accidentally broke my paper shredder. He swore that he would bring me a new one. I told him he didn't have to, but he insisted that he wanted to make things right so I could give 5 stars. Sadly, he never actually brought me a new shredder so I have to give only 4 stars. I really want to give 5 though so I thought they did a great job and were super nice.

Excellent movers. I spoke with the owner, Michael Oliver, before the move. His 2 movers were on time (10 minutes early). They worked non-stop, got the truck loaded quickly, Mike dropped by to make certain the loading was going well, and they finished within the 2 hours. The professional experience, courtesy, and successful results were appreciated. We would use them again!

They did a great job being punctual and packing the container well. I'm always hesitant to review before I receive my property because that's when you really know how good a job was done. It looked good. If I can, I'll update my review once I get my stuff.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
