They were on time and prepared for the job of unpacking my rental truck and moving it into my apartment. They were conscientious and careful as well as helpful in setting things up like the bed and putting things in places that I requested. I had a special need to have some things separated to be held for storage and they worked from a list I gave them and willingly added things to it as I did. I recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

I have used several different moving moving services in various locations in the past but Mach ! Moving outshines them all! The guys were early, starting to work on time. They worked non-stop skillfully and swiftly unpacking a 26' truck and spotting the items cheerfully as directed in several different locations. They were more careful of my stuff than I would have been, and took every pain to meet and exceed my expectations. They went the extra mile assembling our bed and making helpful respectful suggestions. They were polite to a fault and we never felt manipulated or scammed. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to have your boxes packed and taped. Your furniture, dismantled and padded and
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
