Santana and Junior from Upload Moving Systems did an amazing, fast job and worked very hard on a hot day. I had the contents of a storage unit to move to a condo. They arrived on time at the storage facility, they got right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. They asked lots of questions about where I wanted things to go and followed my directions. They were polite and very helpful and earned a well deserved tip at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them for anything you need to move.

Two of the three men were very pleasant and did an excellent job. The third guy, Bobby, was not personable and slightly rude. He did not do what I asked and when the other two, nicer men tried to do what I was asking, he told them not to do it. He was rushing and trying to get done as quickly as possible. So he was just putting my things where it was most convenient for him and not for me. Honestly, if I only had the two men helping me, it might have taken longer but it would have been a 5 star experience. I don’t fault hire a helper or the actual contracted moving company for this, but I am upset that I had to deal with one rude person barking orders at the other two who were actually doing the job correctly. So basically, the service in and of itself is was great, but Bobby was not.

On time. Great communication. Solid group of three men, dressed for moving (appropriate footwear etc). Very good at move out and move out. Cared about placement of my household goods. Asked about set up and location of parking. Very happy with this team — will use them again if move in my future. Thank you for the fast, damage free move !!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We are fully licensed and insured moving company, with a decade of experience, we do all types of move from small pick up and drop off deliveries, to full size commercial moves.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the moving days our employees will call you 30-45 min prior to the arrival time, they will sign the contract with you and asses the best and most efficient way to load/unload the truck.(most time we do start loading the boxes first, and then the furniture, due to unloading process is reverse and furniture must be place in place prior to the boxes)
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We do from full size packing and moving , to just moving. At the day of the move you must separate the items that you want to take in the car yourself, make sure you have your keys , wallet and cellphone, with you(we do not want to pack them in the front of the truck) . If you want to do the packing yourself, pack the items a day prior the movers arrival, make sure they are properly pack and all the boxes are taped, and properly folded.(miscellaneous items takes a lot longer time than moving bigger items )
