They showed up on time, both guys were friendly and got right to work. Relatively efficient in helping move furniture to a 2nd floor apartment. Was a minor mishap where one worker caught his shirt on countertop and caused a little damage, but not a big deal.
They were respectful, but didn't seem to volunteer for an extra hour, were asked if they needed or wanted to leave right when the 2 hours were up, we probably could have used another 1/2 hour at least and paid for another hour but again, only 2 hours was booked and they met that duration just fine.
