Seriously can’t say enough enough good things about Sitters Movers! Anthony has been great coordinating with and easing any of my concerns. Very professional and friendly.
Now the move day. Our appointment window was between 9-10. Crossing my fingers it was closer to 9 since my pod pick up was scheduled at 11:15.
It was a tight schedule. But to my pleasant surprise, Kyle and Nathan showed up 15 mins early!! These two guys are crazy amazing! Not just hired muscles being young strapping guys that they are, but they’re also proactive and methodical on their approach to make things time efficient. These guys were constantaly moving. Even with our Stairways from Hell did not stop them and not wasting any precious time. Which was one my big concerns milking the clock. But not the case here. Nathan and Kyle were attentive and communicated frequently so items are in the proper place. They were also careful to not damage anything or scrap walls - A Big plus!
With this being my first time using a moving company and hearing all the horror stories from friends and family, I’m fortunate to have found Sitters Movers to spare me that drama.
I’ll be DEFINITELY be referring them to friends and using them in the near future. In hopes they’ll send me those two Rock Stars again!

We LOVED our experience with Sitter’s Movers! Nathan, Michael, and Jonathan showed up on time, well prepared, and listened well to our preferences and needs before developing a plan of action. They worked really hard the whole time, were careful with our stuff, and communicated well the whole time. They also whistled while they worked. :)
They might as well have been wearing capes cuz they were our heros today! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were great. Arrived on time. Did not start their clock until after they saw the scope of work. Finished 15 minutes early from 2 hour minimum. They were pleasant, professional. Will definitely hire them to move back into the house

Jonathan and Kyle were on time and very polite, professional and helpful. I had my doubts about all of my 'stuff' fitting into the POD but Jonathan was excellent at determining the space and packing to best utilize every square foot. He was so careful and packed so securely that i have no doubts that all will arrive in great condition. Kyle was so careful wrapping and padding my expensive leather sofa and chair. Both guys were easy to communicate with and extremely respectful of my property. They made a very stressful situation very stressless......I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Nate and Alex showed up on time, prepared, and got straight to work. These 2 guys were awesome! Took less than the time scheduled to do everything we hired them for, AND did extra still with time remaining. Nate packed the POD in what seemed like the flash of an eye, with precision and care! Very hard working, curtious, friendly, attention to detail and care.
Made a dreaded task look easy and it was over in no time.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you via text and email within 24 hours of booking your order to acknowledge receipt and introduce ourselves. We will also call you two business days prior to the move to discuss the details of your move and answer any questions and/or instructions you have for us. You are welcome to reach out to us as much as you like to!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be on time. To be early is to be on time and our guys aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to perform a walk through with you.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We will send you an email within 24 hours after booking a move with the best recommendations we have learned to offer over the many years we have been moving professionally.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have not seen it all (not sure that's possible). But we have seen a lot: tiny moves, entire furnished apartments buildings completely changed out, junk removal, billionaires with high-end homes, professional athletes, homeless (hey, they have stuff too and sometimes, ya just gotta help somebody), office moves, cross-country, international...the list goes on.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I started doing this because I wanted to get paid to work out. I'm still doing this because I find tremendous joy in serving people in a part of life that is often pretty stressful. It's very satisfying to tangibly see the work you've accomplished for someone else. Meeting new people, spending a lot of the day outside, seeing new parts of town are all pretty cool too :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew are background checked and carefully screened. A crew member is required to have a minimum of 40 hours of on-the-job training prior to working for our customers.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
