The Barahona’s team did a great job packing my truck. They worked efficient and used every inch in the truck, without damaging anything. Moved 700+ miles and no shifting when unloading. Would definitely use them again, very hard workers.

Worst service ever! They were a no show for the scheduled start time. It took an hour of calling to get ahold of the moving company who said they had a job run late but were on the way but it was obvious that he had no idea who I was and that they had another job scheduled for that day.
The crew finally showed up 90 mins after I was told a new crew that was closer was on the way. I have never seen a truck get unloaded with such little care. They dropped half of my belongings. All of my furniture has dings and marks on it from being dropped and knocked against things. They were in such a hurry to get the job done that they did not stop and listen to any direction and left before I was able to address the damages or get them to help move furniture into the correct rooms after them dumped the truck and put things where ever they fit.
On top of that Hire a Helper has basically told me oh well and if I am unhappy and to file a claim. I have been trying to file said claim for the last hour but of course that doesn't' work. Guess I am stuck paying the $300 plus, I feel like I was robbed.

The movers were 2 hours late. (The owner of the company did apologize but the movers themselves were not apologetic.) The two movers were very inexpereinced. I had to tell them how to safely arrange items in the cube. They were careless with my items. They also did not have any moving items (mattress carrier, straps, blankets, etc) Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience despite the good reviews for Barahona's.

Great job by the crew. Good communication prior to the move. Showed up on time. Wore masks. And efficiently loaded my stuff into the container. Would definitely recommend.

Adolfo was awesome ?? He was patient, Helpful, was quick , safely moving items very carefully!! Your things will be in super safe hands! Him and another guy made it happen and I am so appreciative for placing things where I asked and me having a lot of glass items, i’m so excited my things are in my new home and not one thing damaged!!!
I will definitely request for them again and let other know where to go if they need help!!

They were on time & did a good job. I had requested a third person when they phoned to confirm, and was informed of the additional cost. What wasn’t clear was that I needed to pay cash at the time of service - plus any additional costs for tape, etc. It all worked out, but would have preferred a credit card transaction prior to service since there was ample time.
