Fairprice Movers did an excellent job. They arrived on time and got to work right away. They brought their own equipment as I had requested. It took them under the two hour window to completely empty our 16 ft truck. All our furniture and boxes were handled carefully. We would recommend them without reservation.

They showed up late but called to let me know. It ended up being $300 more than I had booked on Hireahelper which was not my experience in past jobs. Extra cost was due to them adding another person and wrapping furniture which was definitely necessary, but should be included in the upfront price.
Overall, I was happy with their service and demeanor, but I hate hidden costs.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Top notch customer service, Clean cut professional organic crew equipped with a big truck big enough to hold 3-4 bedrooms.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call from our foreman - Tom. He will contact you 20 min before arriving and will get right to work with his crew. We have boxes, picture boxes pads plastic wrap and tape. experience of 9 years in the business.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack all small items into boxes so we can be working efficiently and not lose time on packing and additional cost on our boxes - unless specific packing service was required.
What types of moves have you handled?
we are pros with local and long distance moves. for moves up to 400 miles we can perform ourselves. beyond that - we partner with nationwide professional carriers from NY/NJ. We can also help you with your office moves and commercial moves.

What training do you provide your crew members?
the best training is to see it with your eyes in the field. we have one organic family like crew that serves the whole area so our spots are super limited until we will expand our family.
