The team did an awesome job! They arrived promptly and worked without a break loading my furniture and boxes into the U-Haul truck I had rented. We then met at my new home, about 1.5 hours away and they unloaded the truck and moved the furniture to the rooms as marked on the furniture. The most impressive thing is how they were able to move the furniture to the 2nd floor bedrooms and office, navigating a very narrow staircase that turned 180 degrees, with a low ceiling height. At times it took all four of the guys to gently move the large furniture pieces up that staircase. It was a very challenging process, but they completed the job with practically no scrapes to the furniture or the walls! I want to thank the team for their incredible job, hard work. They have earned my respect! I wold definitely hire them again.

We were very very pleased with The Moving Experience. If you appreciate professionalism, this is the company to hire. They were on time, communicative and were extremely careful with our furniture and our home. They didn' t take shortcuts but made sure everything was protected and wrapped carefully. It was a difficult move due to our long steep driveway, having to move things twice because our rental van couldn't fit up our driveway. The Moving Experience guys were top notch. Quite frankly I was worried since we were not happy with the loading people, but this group knew what they were doing and were very professional. They wrapped all corners and taped all door thresh holds to protect from nicks and scratches (something the loaders did not do) which was greatly appreciated. They went about unloading the furniture very efficiently and were so polite and courteous. They assured me that it was no problem moving an item twice because they wanted me to be happy where the furniture and boxes were placed. They had all the proper tools and were experts in their jobs. The washer and dryer just barely fit into the laundry room but they assessed the problem and discussed a solution with my husband and they got them in. I can't say enough good things about Aaron, Brad and L.G. I can highly recommend them to anyone.
