The original company who was supposed to move me canceled, so this company came. They were nice, but they didn't pack my container correctly, so I had to get someone with experience to come unload the UBOX and reload it to use up all of the space correctly. The way that they loaded it used up unnecessary space, which meant that they're either inexperienced, lazy or both. They got paid for absolutely nothing. I would not recommend unless you have extra money to waste. They told me that they couldn't fit my daughter's chair nor my dorm room sized fridge. Why did the guy who came the next day unloaded and reloaded everything in it and it fit. They smelled like a full cartoon of cigarettes as well. It gave me a bad headache. I will be contacting my bank to stop payment on that service. Thanks

We apologize for your unpleasant moving experience. Our movers are very experienced actually, if you refer to our reviews here and on other platforms you can see that both the words, lazy and/ or inexperienced are rarely ever used when pertaining to us and the services that we provide. We loaded the ubox to the best of our abilities based on the information provided in the beginning of the move. We started in the basement where you informed me personally that you knew that the ubox was small and should have rented two of them, I smiled and told you that we were pretty good at what we do and that we will do the best we can. You listed majority of the items from the basement that were going on the ubox such as the the king sized mattress, the folding mattress platform, the upright standing dresser with the broken leg, the matching night stand, your daughters computer chair, a mini fridge, about 5 totes, and a fairly long couch ranging from 6-8 feet in length. Just off the basement items alone, I explained that everything may not fit. You told me that if it doesn’t fit, it’s fine because you have an s.u.v and that you could potentially put some stuff in there. We began with the mattress after we moved your cat food from in front of our walkway to make it up the basement stairs and proceeded to load the mattress into the ubox. After we loaded the mattress and made it back to the basement you smiled and said say “oh” my daughters bed is going as well. I knew there was going to be a problem being that the items in the basement were enough to fill the ubox alone so I figured we’d prioritize what’s more important to u at that moment being that everything won’t fit. we grabbed the broken leg dresser, the couch and the mattress platform and loading them onto the ubox before we made it to your daughters room. Once we did make it up there, we grabbed the mattress and the headboard and realized that we were getting pretty full so I mentioned it to u and asked were the totes that you failed to mention in your daughters room going as well. You said yes so we began to clear those out being that I felt they would fit more securely in the ubox being that they were square shaped and I had a perfect place for them to stack from floor to ceiling. After grabbing the totes and placing them behind the mattress we concluded because I didn’t feel safe adding more to what was already on there. Yes, I admit you probably could of thrown a chair, or mini fridge inside but I can’t ensure that anything wouldn’t have been damaged. Loading the ubox is priority but making sure the items are stored safe is important as well. I can guarantee that this guy didn’t load the pod his self being that some of those items were simply too heavy for one man to lift, I can also guarantee that if the pod was reloaded some items were replaced for others. As far as the smell that bothered you, if it was that overwhelming why didn’t you mention it? Or atleast tell us that is was giving you a headache so we could kindly remove ourselves from your property? Even though I don’t understand how we dropped the ball here, I do apologize because we do take pride in our work and I ensure that we’ll do our best to make sure these occurrences don’t reappear.

The guys arrived on time and brought the necessary equipment to unload my POD and set-up my furniture. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Our two movers could not have been more helpful or more courteous. They were extremely careful (and creative) moving our heavy old dresser and matching mirror down a tricky flight of stairs into the back of our pickup truck. They carefully wrapped the dresser with a tarp and duct tape to prevent the dresser from being damaged if it rains while it is being transported. They then cheerfully helped move other items.

We were very pleased with our movers and would definitely hire them again if the opportunity presented itself.

I hired Keep On Moving last minute, and they exceeded every expectation. They showed up right on time, came fully prepared, and got straight to work.
