Really great company, service, and communication. When I made an inquiry a representative called me within 15 minutes. I let him know I would be transporting a full gym and we both agreed on hiring 4 men for the job for 2 hours. The job was done efficiently, timely, and exceptionally. The 4 men transported all of my belongings into my POD shipping container exactly in the 2 hour time frame. I will remember this company and will use them for future moves. They are highly recommended.

Using Hire A Helper was so EASY. Sourcing the moving company, scheduling, payments everything was so efficient and ALL on one site. I used Thunderhorse Moving, Jorge and his partner were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Jorge was incredibly organized efficient and careful with all our items. They took apart some furniture items to load and NOT ONE SCREW went missing. Jorge made my 60 mile move worry-free. I would recommend him and Thunderhorse over and over again!

4/25/2023 Update: The owner contacted me regarding the damage to the table. He offered to pay for part of the repair, and then paid me promptly, which I appreciated. I commend Jorge for honoring his word.
4/15/2023: Caution if you have valuable possessions! My heart was broken when I found my parents antique, heirloom, dining table broken and splintered upon arrival at my destination. The movers hadn’t removed the legs from the table, and then they stacked excessive weight on top of it which caused all the legs to snap off and split during transport. I’m so unhappy with them, they did not pack my things with care and I hired them because they were "professionals"! Also, at first they worked quickly but then really slowed down and dragged the job out an extra three hours!

Create a Moving Timeline:Plan your moving timeline well in advance, and set a date for the move. Create a checklist of tasks to complete leading up to moving day, such as notifying utility companies, updating your address, and scheduling time off work if needed.
