They were on time and got the job done quicker than expected. Would recommend.

Workers totally unable to satisfactorily complete tasks. Workers did not have any tools such as knives or screwdrivers. They could not cut cord on packages holding moving pads. Did not utilize moving pads until I cut open the packages. Packed items without pads. In an hour and a half they had placed one bookcase, one end table, and one longer table and boxes in the container. None of the larger items that needed to be packed were even out of my home. I told them to leave after two hours as it was apparent they were not up to the tasks.

The two workers arrived on time, were very pleasant, and did the best job they knew how to do. They knew in advance that we specifically hired them to move the heavy items that we were incapable of moving. Unfortunately, they were not able to move most of the items on their own, and given their lack of experience, were unable to move the items without our substantial help. Many pieces of furniture suffered scratches and small damages as they were dragged across cement stairs and sidewalks.
If I needed basic help moving boxes, small furniture and appliances I would definitely hire them again given their pleasant & respectful nature. My advice to them would be to purchase some equipment to assist them in moving larger items. A dolly would be my first suggested item to buy.

The two helpers arrived on time, got right to work, and finished in the time I expected them too. Could have used a few more of the packing blankets I supplied to better protect the furniture - I should have let them know. Would use them again.
