These were very nice guys and they worked hard. They did not do a good job securing my belongings. Partially my fault; I should have been more insistent on how things were to be secured, but I thought they were the pros and should know how to secure everything. Stuff shifted and there was some damage. It was a good thing that I had packed my dishes with so much cushioning because boxes fell. Miraculously, no damage to dishware.

ARMS Moving did an excellent job unloading our 15' moving truck on a very hot day this summer. Both workers showed up early in the arrival window, and had the entire truck safely and accurately unpacked within an hour. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing assistance!

They were wonderful with my move. Even though I have yet to pack some of the boxes, they were patient in giving me time to make sure all the large items were moved. They were also thoughtful in handling my items in bags that weren't completely sealed so that the contents didn't spill during the move. They ended up doing two loads and unloads in a span of two hours and taking my bed apart, then putting it back together. Thoroughly efficient. Will def hire them again.
