Established in 2012 in Oakland, California, with the belief in helping families and the community move forward. We provide , pads, packing material, and equipment. Carlos and Antonio were punctual, courteous and very efficient. We anticipated three hours, they were done in 1 1/2. They were definitely prepared, took no breaks, were careful with the furniture and although i hope to never do this again, I would, if needed, hire them again and highly recommend them.

TC Family Movers is super legit. Tony and his crew arrived a bit early, eager to size up the job and get to work. The move was efficient and smooth, from the big items to the small, and Tony went the extra mile to accommodate my special requests. Once they started they worked straight through to job completion. I was very happy with the quality of the work, the customer service and communication and the overall experience with TC Movers. Plus, Tony and his helpers are just great guys. We shared some laughs etc. over our few hours together which made the whole thing fun. I highly recommend their services and would hire them again without hesitation. This is a super professional crew that cares! 5 Stars!

TC Family Movers did a really good job. Carlos followed up with me moments after I selected their company through Hire A Helper. He also called a few days before to confirm the move for July 1st. The day of the move they showed up on time. Actually it was a little earlier than our scheduled time which was nice. Before the crew arrived Carlos called me when he was about 15 minutes away which to me is always a good thing. This tells me the company cares about their clients time. The move went well. They were very professional, very personable and fast. It was very hot but They worked very hard. They finished in the time we put in our order. If there was any furniture that had some quips about it (like part of it was not secured well) we let them know so they could be careful with it. The only negative was that they broke one of our family room lamps. Me personally, I wasn't that upset about it and neither was my husband. They probably did us a favor seeing as they were pretty big lamps. Haha. When we put the other one in the room we realized they were big lamps so we're looking at getting smaller ones. Not saying what happened was right. They should have been more careful, but there was no sentimental value to the lamp so that's why we weren't that overly upset about it. Overall we would use them again if we needed to move in the area.

Tony and his brother Carlos, were on time, friendly, efficient and personable. My move was easy. I was prepared—all boxes packed and stacked. I had furniture pads and shrink wrap. And it's a studio apt. They loaded in just over an hour and unloaded just as fast—even tho there were stairs on both ends. I highly recommend them.
