there were issues, they did not reply to calls, texts or emails. They ran later and later until the sun was setting, and this is not a job for night time. past 9 pm the Hire a Helper said they were a no show.

They were prepared for the job.

Aside from being so late and not communicating it very well they completed the job quickly and respectfully.
They were to arrive between 9am-10am. When we had not heard from the crew by 11am we had to call and find out what was going on. We were told they had trouble with their truck and the person we spoke with, the boss I believe, was surprised his crew had not alerted us yet. We were then told another ETA via text which was 2.5 hours after the initial one. They were another 30 minutes later than that ETA.

Although I selected a time of 10-11AM, I was informed their earliest arrival time would be 12:30PM. On the day of the unload, I was contacted @ 12:50PM & informed the movers would arrive around 1:40PM. The movers arrived without moving straps, knowing that my townhouse had a flight of stairs & multiple heavy objects that would need to be taken to the second level of the home. All three of the movers were courteous, respectful, and worked efficiently while they were here. I understand they are a newer moving crew & I wish them the best in building their business.

The guys arrived right on time, they were friendly and efficient. Carried everything with care and put it where we asked. No damages to any part of the building or the items carried. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely call again when we move out! Thanks Greens!
