We would not use this company again.
We requested TWO helpers for 3 hours and received THREE helpers for 2 hours. This ended up working ok, but only because we had already unloaded half of our moving pod. The team requested to arrive early as their previous job finished early. We agreed to the time change; however, they arrived at the previously scheduled time. Upon arrival, the very FIRST thing was for them to ask for a tip and provided a list of ways we could tip. This was also the way their time working for us ended - by asking for a tip. The team was courteous and respectful, but certainly got well paid for their time and the effort in getting the job done.
