The helpers were well on time infact I was running behind due to a family emergency and they were waiting on me! They were polite and kind and not upset at all that I ran late. They stayed in constant communication with me throughout. They were professional and did not waste anytime also taking care not to damage anything at all. I wasn't sure at first this was going to be a good idea but the outcome was awesome! I will definitely be recommending this service to others and plan on using them again...thank you guys for a great service!!

Trey and Derrick arrived exactly on time. They were so nice, helpful and so very polite. They worked steady the entire time. Couldn’t have done it without them! They knocked it out of the park!

They were on time and were good guys. They got the job done at a good pace, were respectful to myself, and to my time. They were not as respectful to my goods however, as after i made a point that they please me careful with my couch as it rips easily and has during a past move, they transported it and stored it in a way that I viewed as haphazardly, resulting in a small tear, but a tear nonetheless. Overall though, good guys, but if you use this service I recommend being more assertive in expressing caution, especially in the things you highly value.

They did a great job unloading my 16' truck and put everything where they were asked to.

We asked for 3 people for 4 hours and they were done in 3, so they helped us put together furniture/king bed for the last hour. We had a 26 ft rental truck packed from one end to the other and from top to bottom. I cannot believe how efficient they were. They only took a small lunch break and only because I made them take one! They were so polite and respectful. Anthony is like a walking encyclopedia ! I had a great time with them, but then again, the three of them and my husband did all the heavy lifting. I just talked their ear off. :) They were supposed to arrive between 9-10 am and were about an hour late, but it didn't matter to me as we were not on any kind of urgent schedule. They worked the entire time. No breaks unless I reminded them to drink water. We haven't opened any boxes yet, but from watching them all day, I never saw them bang into anything, scratch or break anything. I would use all three of them in a minute, but I hope to never have to move again. We bought them lunch and gave them a nice tip and they deserved every penny.
