The guys were a little later than planned but that really wasn't a problem. Two of the three were definitely up to the challenge but one of the guys must have been new. We had a huge entertainment center that got tipped over and the first hour or so was spent getting it put back together. They worked hard to get everything back in order but it did put them behind. I had not estimated how much room was going to be required and had to go get an additional 16 ft truck (I had a 26 ft truck) with a car trailer and had to drive the 16 ft along with the trailer to Austin late that night due to the additional loading. The two sent the third guy home and worked hard enough for three the rest of the day to get me loaded and ready to go. They were hard working and treated all my furniture with the greatest of care from wrapping all the wood in plastic and furniture pads. I am sure it was time consuming but they did it without any objection. I know they felt awful about the entertainment center and gave me a few extra hours as well. I would use them again as long as I could get the same two guys.

- Failed to protect wood floors when moving heavy furniture (scratched and gouged part of the floors)

My Wife and I were extremely pleased with the manner our helpers handled our move. They were courteous, prompt and very careful with our property. Carla was an angel to work with for the scheduling as our move required 2 seperate loads and she was always prompt to return calls. The guys never wasted a moment of time and worked very hard. I am certain that you will find the same fine service as we did, C&C were the best!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work ethic and professionalism of the movers sent by C&C. These young men worked hard, were very careful, were extremely polite and were very knowledgable about how to complete the task. They worked at a fast pace and were quite correct in estimating that the job would take an hour more than Inanticipated. The booking and billing process using technology was excellent. I released my payment and had a confirmation text before I hung up the phone. This is a top-notch outfit.

We are thorough, dedicated, hard-working professionals with 13+ years experience. We treat everything as though it is personally our own.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers will arrive 10 minutes prior, do a walk-through, and get right to work. No slackers here. We value our customers time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should be ready upon our arrival, everything boxed. If we are loading, Customer should have tie-downs, so, that we can secure everything into their trucks and nothing shifts while it’s being driven. This prevents damage.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, residential, commercial, and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of moving is getting to know our customers and meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are huge on customer service. We have thorough training on loading and unloading. We packed a very tight truck, that even a car key cannot fit between the boxes. The worst thing is for our customers to have to leave something behind.
