Were they on time? No, 11:45 instead of the 9-10 start time, but they did call and let us know they were running behind.
Did they work hard? One guy complaining that he was thirsty and hungry and that they work on so many hours they don’t let them stop and get a lunch which I agree is crappy but if you know this is your job why would you not have a cooler packed with plenty of water it’s Texas in the summertime and some snacks or a lunch.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Took apart pieces of furniture they said to get them out the door that I know was not necessary then lost their tool that they were supposed to put them back together with I had to go buy it all myself to finish putting my refrigerator back together. Damaged one of our dressers. Took a pretty good chunk out of it. Someone was supposed to contact me for a repair but it’s been over a week and I’ve heard from no one.
Would you use them again? Ended up paying for more time than I agreed with because they jacked around taking stuff apart trying to figure out how to put stuff back together and we even helped them with a few pieces of furniture because one guy was too tired and thirsty and hungry.

3 movers came to the house on time. I had specifically asked them right off the bat that I want my refrigerator, washer, dryer and my large couch in 1st as they were my high dollar ticket items. The young boy specifically told me "ok ma'am. Yes, we'll do that ma'am." Then I proceeded to tell them about my boxes, my other couch and recliners and the things in my garage that needed to go in as well but didnt take them upstairs where my dryer and washer were because I told the young kid where it was. The young kid again, answered "yes ma'am." Very polite and hardworking. He did speak to the other 2 older men in Spanish (a couple of words) and then they proceeded to load my boxes 1st. I figured, they knew what they were doing and waited as they worked. A bit of time went by and I again, expressed my wishes of getting my high ticket items loaded up in my container. Again, the young boy answered for them (since the other 2 men spoke only spanish). Once again, he answered "yes ma'am, ok." My large couch went in as my other couch and recliners, but still no refrigerator or washer/dryer. Again, I figured they knew what they needed to do. Well, about 1hr and 20min went by and I was starting to get upset as they were loading my mattresses and rugs in the container and the container was filling up. Plus, they seemed annoyed when I physically showed them my washer and dryer upstairs. So I told them, I want things pulled out and I want my refrigerator, washer & dryer put in the container. Everything else that doesn't fit, I will get rid of, but I NEED those things in there. The young boy (named Junior) THEN tells me he's going to call his boss and let them know. I straight told him, can't you communicate with your men and make sure it gets in??!! He THEN tells me (1hr 20min in) that he DOESN'T SPEAK SPANISH!! So he calls his boss (Maria) who gets on the phone with me and nearly catches an attitude as if it's MY FAULT by saying "its been an hour (plus) into them moving your items and you want my men to pull everything out and only NOW you tell them?" That's when I told her STRAIGHT that I told Junior when they 1st got here, that I wanted those 4 things in 1st and only NOW he tells me he doesn't speak spanish!!" She asked to speak with the movers again and apparently spoke Spanish to them and came back on the phone with me and told me (nicely) that she trusts them and has faith in them and they said it'll fit, so to please trust them. Therefore, I did. It ended up fitting, but they nearly gave me an anxiety attack because the communication wasn't there. PLUS, who comes to work where you're being physical and moving, and NOT bring water??!! I was moving and my dishes were packed and didn't even have a working refrigerator but had to provide water. Again - WHO COMES TO A PHYSICAL JOB AND NOT BRING THEIR OWN WATER - especially with the potential of COVID reminiscence? I won't recommend.

Through no fault of the workers sent to my home, I do fault the management of Elite Moving, for sending two men, who could not speak a word of English.
This slowed the process considerably and a couple of times they had to call their office so the lady could translate my questions or directions for them.
There is no way I would allow Elte Moving anywhere near my possessions again, when I had to pay them for the exercise. Totally unprofessional by the company.

Fantastic job by Ryan and Gabe
They showed up promptly and evaluated the items to be moved and made a plan and started to lead the moving van.
Everything was secure for the trip to another city.
Upon arrival they unloaded all the furniture and all of the many many boxes. They were very polite and kind.
I would use them again.

Arrived super late; you could tell I was the last stop of the day and they were exhausted. Broke some of my stuff. I had to help them.

Jordan and his helper arrived on time, worked hard and packed that 26’ truck like a puzzle. It was tight, nothing shifted for our cross country move. They worked for 7 hours and an excellent job!
